The direct mail program of this retailer had been anything but pumped up. The footwear company was on its fifth direct mail production facility and experiencing continual difficulty in timing and production of its postcard-based marketing program. Company executives were overcome by frustration when, even upon switching to first-class delivery, time-sensitive announcements still reached some potential customers too late - others too early.

To overcome the imbalanced delivery schedule that was crippling the client's promotional efforts, Gabriel then implemented a drop ship procedure with mail delivery to local BMC (Bulk Mail Centers) around the country. These enhancements - effected without increasing costs - brought welcome relief to
the company's executives.

Now in their fourth year of partnership, Gabriel Group produces and mails approximately one million pieces of digitally-printed mail annually.
