Responsible for processing all client data through letter composition software in a timely manner, paying close attention to detail and the instructions given for the job. Constant communication must be maintained with Account Management and Mach One service achieved. Resultant output files need to be laser/machine ready and all reporting is required to be delivered on time and right to the appropriate departments.

Primary responsibilities include the letter setup of digital files, the delivery of all pertinent reports, constant communication, and strict attention to quality. A successful candidate will have experience working with complex data formats in a fast paced data processing environment. Experience with letter composition software required. Access & SQL experience a plus. Excellent communication skills a must and also be able to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail. Exceptional attendance habits, punctuality and ability to work consistently with little or no supervision imperative.

College degree, or at least two years experience working with complex data structures
in a Graphics/IT/MIS or similar field.
