The client is the educational and philanthropic arm of a sorority, and a leading women's fraternal organization founded in 1888.

PROBLEM, CHALLENGE, OPPORTUNITY
Prior to its relationship with Gabriel Group, the organization began experiencing a downturn in annual fund donors and dollars. At the time, a majority of the strategic planning was completed in-house with production outsourced to various vendors. The client felt they needed greater structure and stability for the campaign and looked to Gabriel Group to provide a turnkey program.

Gabriel Group assisted with consulting, creative, and mailing services. Gabriel recommended greater audience qualification and personalization to donors. In addition, an individualized gift array was developed based on each donor's contribution history. This enhancement proved especially profitable for the client.

RESULT
In the first full year of results, the number of donors was back up by 4%. Total annual giving increased by 23% and average gift size rose a remarkable 32% to $93.14.
