Digital Asset Management System Created for Major Insurance Provider
Over the past nine months, Gabriel Group associates have assisted Protective Insurance staff in consolidating over 450 digital assets into Gabriel Group's Digital Asset Management System. This has entailed collecting art files and other assets from multiple sources, reviewing them to make sure they are up-to-date (and complete) and finally, cataloguing them appropriately in the Digital Asset Management System.
The result of this effort is a system by which any authorized user can go online and review, download, or send any digital asset. Extensive metadata makes searches easier and more effective in locating the appropriate asset. Going forward, Protective has more confidence in their ability to find their assets and will not have to depend on any one individual to do it for them.
